As you may know, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) which was passed in August of 2008 has placed many new requirements on all imported and domestic manufactured goods. In an effort to be in compliance with these new laws Petunia Pickle Bottom has begun a testing program on all its products. This includes our diaper bags, receiving blankets, slings, socks, onesies and swaddling blankets. We will provide certificates of compliance for all products that require testing via our website for download. According to the 3rd party conducting the tests, PPB is on target to meet the February 10, 2009 deadline. Please note that all our products are currently in compliance with all other existing regulations.
