Product Development Intern

Ventura, CA

Petunia Pickle Bottom is looking for highly motivated, self-starter to assist in our Product Development Department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a broad range of experience in product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:
* Helping in organization and everyday management of the Product Development Department.
* Production of product spec sheets in Adobe Illustrator.
* Working directly with Design and Production teams on special projects including Adobe Illustrator and some sewing.

Ideal candidate:
* 1-2 years experience/education in product development and/or apparel manufacturing
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
* Must have sewing experience and should be comfortable working with a sewing machine.
* Understanding of and experience in pattern drafting a plus.
* Reliable, organized, & detail oriented
* Innovative and able to successfully multi-task
* Excellent communication skills

Position: Part time Intern, 10-15 hrs per week
Pay: $8/hr
