Petunia Pickle Bottom is looking for a quality team player to assist in daily internal and external office/organizational tasks with strong customer service skills. We are looking for an individual that can provide high quality Customer Service through dynamic communication and written skills. This person must be extremely organized, timely and fit well with the Petunia company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Product Guarantee Representative: work with customers and retailers to determine if issues regarding a product falls within the Craftsmanship Guarantee, evaluate returned products and handle according to each specific issue.
• Customer Service Representative: assist customers with questions; work with customers and retailers regarding product issues
• Order Processing Associate: data entry and organization of orders placed by sales reps according to proper shipping window and terms, confirm order status, and provide tracking info
• Sales: take orders over the phone, confirm order status, and provide tracking info 
• Retrieve messages from voicemail & filter incoming calls, as needed 
• Misc. general administrative duties or special projects, as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years experience in Customer Service and Administration
  • Strong communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Timely, highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Software Skills: Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of sewing construction a plus
