Crafting with DeNai: DIY Hanging God’s Eye

Petunia Pickle Bottom founder and designer DeNai Jones is something of a crafting phenomenon. Somehow, between designing all of the PPB bags and gear you’ve come to love and being mommy to her two young sons, DeNai still finds time to take on and perfect amazing craft projects—like her famous hanging God’s Eye (Ojo de Dios) ornaments. God’s Eyes can be made large enough to hang from the ceiling—as we’ve done at the new Petunia Boutique—or small enough to hang as ornaments on the Christmas tree. Depending on the colors you use, you can also keep them up year round.

Very cool project! I noticed it right away when the new store photos where originally posted. I will definitely follow the blog. I would be interested in learning about what inspires the designer.

  2. LOVE how this project turned out! Your creativity is inspiring and original, but I wouldn’t expect anything less ;)
