PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration Contest — Announcing The Winners!

MothersDayPinspirationContest_winners_ss

Thank you to each and every one of you who entered the PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration Contest! With over 300 boards chock-full of beautiful images, inspiring quotes, clever gift ideas and delicious Mother’s Day recipes, it was no easy task for us to narrow the selection of boards down to five winners. The five winners below were chosen because they took the time to carefully and creatively curate boards that, in our eyes, truly celebrate motherhood in all its stages—and they did so with an eye for style.

Each of the five winners of the PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration Contest will receive a Petunia Pickle Bottom Cake Cut-Velvet Cosmopolitan Carryall and a Petunia Pickle Bottom Cake Cut-Velvet Park Avenue Pocket Book (a total value of $477!) in the color of their choice. Congratulations, all five of you, and thanks again to everyone who participated! Happy Mother’s Day to all!

Without further ado, let’s meet the winners:

Kellie E: PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration

We loved Kellie’s board because visually it was very powerful to see all of those striking black and white photos combined with pops of red roses and hearts, and of course peppered with PPB prints like Frolicking in Fez and Black Forest Cake. Thematically, it was clear that this mama was excited to celebrate the beauty and power of motherhood on Mother’s Day and all year round.

Nicole S: PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration

We loved Nicole’s board because the soft, pastel palette was consistent throughout and as a whole the board so beautifully captured the special season of motherhood before the baby is even born—when that little person is already teaching you to be a mother from within.

Melanie V: PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration

We loved Melanie’s board because it was bright and fun and covered all the bases of motherhood, from a Mother’s Day dream breakfast in bed to a darling nursery design. We especially loved that she included a pin that paid homage to previous generations.

Misha A: PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration

We loved Misha’s board because…well, simply put, it is amazing! It isn’t that Misha pinned over 500 images to her Mother’s Day Pinspiration board—it’s that it was so creatively crafted! If you scroll from the top to the bottom of this inspiring selection of pins that celebrate the perfect Mother’s Day as well as everyday motherhood, you’ll see that it’s grouped by color. The effect is that as you scroll you see a beautiful ombre pattern unfurl before your eyes. Very thoughtful, Misha!

Katie L: PPB Mother’s Day Pinspiration

We loved Katie’s board because it was all about celebrating the quiet pauses of motherhood—the moments that maybe don’t seem so momentous then but when you look back on your baby’s first few months or years you remember the butterfly kisses and impromptu morning snuggle sessions the best.
