Returns and Exchanges are Simple and Free
For all Petunia.com purchases, we will gladly exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
To request a Return Authorization Number please email with your full name and order number.

A NOTE ABOUT YOUR REFUND: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
