Returns and Exchanges are Simple and Free
For all Petunia.com purchases, we will gladly exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
To request a Return Authorization Number please email with your full name and order number.
Please allow 1-2 full business days to receive your return authorization number and further instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS: We can only exchange items purchased directly from Petunia.com. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Pending inspection it is Petunia Pickle Bottom’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you and no return provided. A NOTE ABOUT YOUR REFUND: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
