RETURNS ARE SIMPLE. EXCHANGES ARE FREE.
Your satisfaction makes our world go round. For all Petunia Online Boutique purchases, we will gladly exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging. All returns or exchanges must have been purchased from this website, the Petunia Online Boutique, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
EXCHANGES ARE FREE AND EASY:
• Email us at exchange@petunia.com with your order number to be issued a Return Authorization number.
• Allow 2 business days to be sent a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
• Fill out Petunia_Returns-Exchanges_Form.pdf and include it with your exchange.
• Upon receipt of your package we will send your exchanged items.
• The good news is we will pay for the return postage. Exchanges are free!
• Your credit card statement will show a credit for the returned item(s) and a charge for your exchanged item(s).
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXCHANGES: any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for exchange. Pending inspection it is Petunia Pickle Bottom’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange provided.
RETURNS MADE SIMPLE:
• Email us at returns@petunia.com with your order number to be issued a Return Authorization number.
• Allow 2 business days to be sent a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
• Fill out Petunia_Returns-Exchanges_Form.pdf including your issued Return Authorization number and original order number (found on packing slip or confirmation email).
• Follow the shipping instructions provided. Be sure to write your Return Authorization number on the box.
• Upon receipt and inspection of your package, we will refund your returned items minus shipping and handling fees.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS: any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no return provided. A NOTE ABOUT YOUR REFUND: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping time frame is based on processing time, plus shipping time. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process an order and 5-9 business days from the date they were shipped to arrive.

Privacy matters. Petunia Pickle Bottom does not sell or distribute customer contact information unless otherwise required as a matter of law. For your security we use industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line.
