The Petunia 100% Guarantee covers hardware and/or fabric defects on items purchased through authorized Petunia Pickle Bottom retailers.

If you are experiencing an issue with one of your Petunia products, simply complete our GuaranteeForm (click here to download), and send the form, along with your product, to our corporate office for review. If your item is covered under our Petunia Guarantee, we either repair or, in some cases, replace it.

To insure a smooth process and quick response time, we ask you to:

  • Answer all of the questions on the GuaranteeForm (click here to download), and clearly explain the issue you are experiencing
  • Include your proof of purchase, if available (i.e.- receipt, web order email, screen shot or credit card statement)
  • Send your Petunia Pickle Bottom product through a trackable, insured mail service

As soon as your package is received by us, we will contact you within 24-hours to give an update on the status of your repair or replacement options. We pride ourselves on having happy customers, and will do everything in our power to expedite the process and make sure we communicate with you every step of the way.

Once we have reached out to you, if we do not hear back in 2 weeks after our initial contact, we will ship your bag back to you.

Please note that our Guarantee does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product, nor does it cover accidents, spills or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller or from one of our Sample Sales are also not covered under our Guarantee.
